Refund & Return Policy

At Revivance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived defective or unusable.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

To qualify for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used products

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging

  • Products returned due to personal preference after opening

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales

Proof Required

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the request being declined.

Refunds

As we currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

Replacements

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery without a valid reason may be restricted from placing future Cash on Delivery orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending an incorrect or damaged product.
