Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will review and process it for shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  • We reserve the right to contact customers to verify order details before dispatching an order.


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and serviceable areas within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Similar UAE-focused stores typically limit delivery according to their serviceable courier network and local operations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Revivance currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information.

  • Being available to receive the order.

  • Paying the full order amount upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in future orders being declined.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

From time to time, Revivance may offer promotional free shipping campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment updates through SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Please allow sufficient time for courier systems to update tracking information.


Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

  • The customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.

  • Incorrect address information is provided.

  • The order is refused without a valid reason.

In such cases, the order may be canceled and future COD orders may be subject to additional verification.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Revivance is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
